RETURN POLICY:

At FOURSSISS, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards before dispatch. Due to the nature of fashion and hygiene considerations, we follow a No Refund, Only Exchange policy.

RETURN ELIGIBLITY :

• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please email us at blackcultrquery@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Include photos and a description of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange a free return and exchange for the same item.

• Non-Damaged Products: If there are no damages, we do not accept returns, as all sales are final.

• Size Exchanges: If a customer needs a size exchange, a shipping cost of ₹200 will apply. This covers the pickup from your location, delivery to our warehouse, and re-shipment of the new size back to you. Exchanges are only possible for products that are unused and in their original condition. If the returned product is found to be used, it will be sent back without an exchange.

EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED ITEMS :

Free Exchange: For damaged items approved for return, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost. Please initiate this process within 2 days of receiving the product.
